These are my personal thoughts and answers.
Regularly, I receive questions  from various people, and I try to answer everyone. Sometimes, once I proofread my response to various recipients, I feel that what I wrote may also be instrumental to others.

I have decided to publish my thoughts and observations for this purpose. These thoughts are candid at times, but when speaking from the heart, sometimes being candid is the only way one can be.
