Robynn's RAK Day

On Robynn's RAK (Random Acts Of Kindness) Day, everyone is asked to do something kind for someone else in need in Robynn's memory. There is a site page on Facebook to document your kind deed. Look up Robynn's RAK Day on Facebook. Acts will be posted at a later date on the AIFI site. For all of you that participate I thank you in advance.

October 3, 2009 we are proud to announce the launch of our new charity site: RobynnsLegacy.com, it is in its beginning stages, (please bear with us) all charities will soon be posted on this site along with photo albums and news about new charities to come.

AIFI would like to thank everyone for the first annual book drive in memory of our angel, Robynn. We had books coming from all over the USA to support our cause. The slide show will be updated in the next few days with even more pictures. Thank you all for your love and support!

Memorial Tree Donation by
Newberry Elementary School

2 trees were planted in honor of Robynn and another student that died during the 2007-08 school year. Newberry's principal, Ms. Williamson along with 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Glover; presented the trees in the school's garden along with a framed memorial poem.

Charitable Events:

AIFI needs donations to make memory boxes for bereaved families, if you would like to help please fill out our contact page! (In need of hand knitted blankets for small babies, angel figurines, votive candles and holders, small teddy bears, journals, keepsakes and other items)

Donation of knitted items to NICU's

(small blankets and hats for preemies)

Donation of knitted hats to Calvin's Hats (a non profit organization that provides keepsakes to families that miscarry)

We are continuously accepting educational books to send to Newberry Elementary School year round.

The Month of October 2008:
Memorial Book Drive, this was a favorite pastime of Robynn's. We are collecting books to promote literacy in our school system, books will be donated to Robynn's former elementary school library. Books will be delivered in November, the month Robynn died.
