Going through the grief process is lengthy and difficult. There is no time limit to go through this journey. When losing a child, it takes time to cope with what has happened. The best way to manage  this journey is through friends, and family, support groups and other parents who have also lost a child. Remember that you are not alone!!! Grief carries many traits (listed below). there is no reason for you to feel apprehensive about how you feel, these feelings are all natural.
